Badoc, Ilocos Norte Floating Cottages The first town of Ilocos Norte from the south is the Municipality of Badoc. You see, Ilocos Norte is more than just having numerous windmills. One of my top tourist spots is the La Virgen Milagrosa Chapel that was built last December 2013. It looks like an inverted boat from the outside, if you ask me. It is situated along the beach and built mostly using indigenous materials. The altar is made from a huge rock and seashells and the podium and chairs are made from wood. Other Things To Do In Badoc -Have a picnic. You can rent a floating cottage there for only 500 pesos that is good for four hours. -Swimming and boating. Go visit the Badoc Island. You can rent a boat that would take you there back and fort for only 800-1000 pesos good for 6-8 persons. -Visit the Juan Luna Shrine. It is located at the town proper of Badoc.
